Because all our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrectly ordered sizes or colors, or for a change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide a free replacement or a full refund. To request this, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. There is no need to return the original item.
